Ascendia's projects are in preparation. They are planned as free pilots funded externally; the start depends on securing funding and a team.

Sprawny Klub — budgeting, responsibilities and documentation. Plan: 10 organisations, 12 weeks.
Liderki Sportu — flagship programme: education, mentoring and an implementation project. Plan: 12 participants, four months.
Cyfrowe Zaplecze Klubu — one process in each of three organisations, measured before and after.
